Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring strict adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessments and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare comprehensive status reports for executive leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance corporate operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or operations management within a corporate setting.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Asana).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
