Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Orchestrate the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, executives, and clients to manage expectations and deliver progress reports.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within the corporate sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong negotiation skills, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX.
