Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project health using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the tech or corporate sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
