Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Directly manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for complex software development cycles.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear communication and regular progress updates.
- Agile Methodology: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maximize team efficiency.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets and allocate personnel resources to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure final deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT or Software Development industry.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
