Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise software development projects from initiation to closure
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and technical teams across 3+ time zones
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows and refine agile ceremonies for 15+ member squads
- Financial oversight: manage $1M+ budgets with 95%+ cost variance accuracy
- Risk mitigation: proactively identify dependencies and develop contingency plans
- Vendor coordination: negotiate contracts and oversee third-party deliverables
- PMO governance: maintain compliance with CMMI Level 3 standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in enterprise IT
- PMP or CSM certification required (PRINCE2 acceptable)
- Proven track record delivering cloud migration and SaaS implementations
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and resource planning tools
- Advanced data analysis skills using SQL/Power BI for reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience mentoring junior PMs and building PMO processes
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ $500k+ project successes
