Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software development initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budgetary constraints
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project delivery efficiency
- Coach and mentor project coordinators and junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in tech/finance sectors
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management over $500k project values
