Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the consulting, government contracting, or IT sectors.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar advanced certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
