Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications across all organizational levels and external partners
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure deliverable quality
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to PMI methodologies
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract management for third-party resources
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with $1M+ budgets
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in technology or infrastructure domains
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong financial acumen with budget forecasting and variance analysis skills
