Responsibilities

- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and ensure process adherence
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Coach junior project managers and foster continuous improvement culture
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software deployments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
