Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, design, sales, and support teams.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team capacity meets project demands.
- Report project status, challenges, and successes to executive leadership regularly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software development industry.
- Proven experience managing full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
