Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Lifecycle: Oversee the full project management lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, minimizing impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage project resources, including personnel and budgets, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Agile Leadership: Foster an Agile mindset within the team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide clear, actionable reports to executive leadership on project status, KPIs, and key deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the software development or IT industry.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
