- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive-level progress reporting
- Optimize project budgets and resource allocation while maintaining compliance
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative team dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/startup environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team management and distributed workflows
