Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders across engineering, design, and business units
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement risk mitigation frameworks and change management protocols
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and stakeholder reporting
- Champion client satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS implementations
- Active PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex tech projects on time/budget
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong background in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
