Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Budget management and financial reporting for multiple concurrent projects
- Team leadership and mentoring for junior project staff
- Implementation of PMO standards and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
