Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to execution and closure
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across departments
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Present progress reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects ($500K+ budgets)
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in tech, finance, or consulting industries preferred
