Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication with C-suite executives, clients, and technical teams
- Resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk mitigation strategies
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and team leadership
- Performance tracking using JIRA, Asana, and MS Project
- Compliance adherence to federal contracting standards (FAR/DFARS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP or PRIME certification required
- Proven success managing $1M+ technology or infrastructure projects
- Federal contracting experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
