As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive the execution of key corporate strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators and junior staff members.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting resources as needed.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate status, risks, and key milestones effectively.
- Implement and maintain Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate project management.
- Proven success in managing projects with budgets exceeding $500,000.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
