Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a technology or business services environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects of significant complexity and budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive consensus.
