- Present executive-level dashboards to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior PMs through structured onboarding programs
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/manufacturing
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success with agile/scrum methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Power BI
