Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using JIRA and Microsoft Project
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate project status to C-level executives through executive dashboards
- Mentor junior PMs on Agile best practices and change management
- Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Active PMP or CSM certification required
- Expert proficiency in Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Project
- Demonstrated success in managing remote/distributed teams
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with budget management exceeding $500K
