Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and risk assessments
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Implement Jira/Asana for task tracking and reporting
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive presentations
- Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with SaaS or tech experience
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Boston-based candidates with local tech network preferred
