Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and strategic planning for corporate initiatives.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to executive leadership effectively.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
