Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex corporate projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture that drives innovation and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates, reports, and strategic insights.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, cultivating a high-performing talent pipeline within the organization.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement processes to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in a corporate environment (5+ years minimum).
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
