Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members across development, UX, and QA disciplines
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira and Confluence
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring junior project managers
