Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across executive, client, and vendor channels
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development processes
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience in federal contracting or enterprise environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
