Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Report project status, KPIs, and ROI to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
