Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for fintech products using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and compliance stakeholders
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and resource allocation
- Manage risk mitigation and contingency planning for regulatory-compliant deliverables
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows to enhance team productivity and transparency
- Present executive-level progress reports and ROI analysis to C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement within the PMO
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/fintech with 2+ in leadership roles
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS products with regulatory compliance
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum with experience scaling frameworks across organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $1M+ project budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
