Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage $1M+ budgets with rigorous resource allocation and financial forecasting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance protocols
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with CTO on strategic planning for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS implementations
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven success managing remote/distributed teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
