Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting through JIRA and Confluence
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and adjust timelines/scope as needed to maintain project velocity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP or CSM certification
- Proven track record delivering complex tech projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk management and change control
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams
