- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and track progress using Jira
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Manage project budgets and deliverables within approved constraints

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SDLC and software development methodologies
