Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, finance)
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Budget oversight and resource allocation for concurrent projects
- Performance tracking against KPIs and delivery milestones
- Vendor coordination and third-party integrations
- Mentorship of junior project team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
