Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 2-3 concurrent software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management across engineering, product, design, and executive leadership teams
- Project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation with $500K+ project scopes
- Facilitation of sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Implementation of JIRA/Asana for project tracking and reporting
- Vendor management and third-party integrations coordination
- Performance metrics tracking and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- CSM/PMI-ACP certification required; PMP preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software projects
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
