Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to delivery using PMI methodologies
- Manage budgets exceeding $2M and coordinate resources across 10+ cross-functional teams
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with C-level executives and government partners
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance (FISMA, NIST)
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and KPI tracking
- Mentor junior PMs and implement agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with federal IT projects
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Atlassian suite
- Proven track record delivering cloud migration and cybersecurity initiatives
- Strong financial acumen with experience in EVM analysis
- Clearance eligibility (ability to obtain Public Trust required)
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
