Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure timely execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables against budget constraints and quality standards
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Present progress updates to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
