- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines with 95%+ accuracy
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, client, and vendor channels
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality control processes
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for resource allocation and progress tracking
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with PMP or CSM certification
- Proven track record delivering $500K+ IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with SAFe certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills for budget forecasting and resource optimization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
