Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks
- Stakeholder communication through regular status updates and executive presentations
- Implement process improvements and best practices for project delivery
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, or similar tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
