Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
