Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex software development projects from conception to deployment
- Strategic resource allocation and budget management for multi-disciplinary teams
- Stakeholder communication and executive reporting on KPIs, risks, and deliverables
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Mentorship of junior PMs and process optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering SaaS/cloud projects
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership (DevOps, UX, Engineering)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Gantt charts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
