Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables while proactively mitigating risks and roadblocks
- Stakeholder management: Communicate progress, expectations, and results to executive leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred

- Proven success managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
