Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from conception to delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across technical, executive, and client-facing teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and quality
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement in PMO processes
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using Jira, Confluence, and Asana tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or CPM certification required (Prince2 acceptable)
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level technology projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience across all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or digital transformation industries
