Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale technology deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and infrastructure specialists
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring PMBOK compliance
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through rigorous risk assessment protocols
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive-level status reporting
- Drive continuous process improvement in project delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with enterprise software projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams in Agile environments
