Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Coordinate resources across 5+ departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage budgets exceeding $500K and track ROI metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive-level reporting
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for complex technical integrations
- Mentor junior project managers and improve team workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated industries
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with remote team management across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
