Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and stakeholder relations
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Execute risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/GovTech projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
