Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX) and external vendor relationships
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Track KPIs, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks through proactive escalation
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting sessions
- Drive continuous process improvements using JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence
- Mentor junior project managers and conduct post-project retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe framework
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong technical background with SaaS/cloud project experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
