Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive Scrum/Kanban methodologies for 8-12 member teams
- Develop detailed project plans with risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, clients, and third-party vendors
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows and optimize project reporting dashboards
- Mentor junior PMs and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Quantify project success through KPI tracking and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with budget management over $500k projects
- Familiarity with Boston tech ecosystem preferred
