Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with C-suite stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using Jira and Asana
- Manage $2M+ budgets with rigorous financial controls
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize PMO processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/digital transformation
- PMI-PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with enterprise-level risk management methodologies
- Ability to thrive in hybrid work environment (3 days office/week)
