Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and operations departments
- Develop detailed project plans with milestone tracking and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage budgets exceeding $1M while maintaining 95%+ on-time delivery rate
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Implement process improvements reducing project cycle times by 20%+
- Mentor junior project managers while maintaining PMI certification standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech industry focus
- Active PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
