Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure timely milestone achievement
- Develop detailed project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and budget controls
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive status updates
- Maintain project documentation in Asana/Jira systems
- Mentor junior project managers and improve team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience managing $500k+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
