Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from conception through delivery and post-implementation review
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations at all levels
- Implement Agile methodologies and PM best practices to optimize efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT/software projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with budget management ($500K+ projects preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools
