Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in agile/scrum methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
